Today, there are numbers of dedicated invoicing software solutions to choose from, but also, specifically built to handle all aspects of invoicing. Whether you send out invoices in the mail, electronically or both. NTC’s Cloud-based invoicing software is a way to simplify your invoicing processes.
National Transaction help merchants consider making the switch to online invoicing methods.
If you’re considering making the transition, check National Transaction’s Electronic Invoice.
Once the transaction is approved a confirmation email is sent to the merchant and consumer.
Benefits of Electronic Invoicing:
Ease of use – Merchants only needs to enter the email address and the amount of sale to complete order.
Better security – Card Holder enters credit card data directly into an acquiring bank system. Bank stores such sensitive information in an encrypted format on remote servers. This reduces your liability and makes it so you won’t lose all your important data if your server gets hacked or destroyed.
Collect useful sales information – Most invoicing software has reporting capabilities which let you track payments, projected income and client history.
Get paid faster – E-Invoice can be paid the same day. The sooner you send your invoices, the sooner you are likely to get paid. With NTC Electronic Invoice, you can schedule invoices to be sent out ASAP, which means faster, more reliable income for your business.
Look more professional – Invoicing software typically includes professional-looking invoice templates, which you can customize with your business name and logo.
Emailing clients invoices instead of mailing them printed bills, is approximately 10 times cheaper than paper invoicing.
Send invoices from anywhere – Cloud-based invoicing software can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. This means you can easily invoice customers or access your business’s billing information wherever you are in the world, and even from your phone if you need to.

Electronic invoicing is the exchange of the invoice document between a supplier and a buyer in an integrated electronic format. Traditionally, invoicing, like any heavily paper-based process, is manually intensive and is prone to human error resulting in increased costs and processing lifecycles for companies.
The issue of compliance seems to have separated E-Invoicing from B2B. Surprisingly many Finance leaders are unaware that their company is already sending/receiving EDI electronic invoices.
E-Invoicing is a common B2B practice and National Transaction is ready to launch its E-Invoicing system.
True definition of an electronic invoice is that it should contain data from the supplier in a format that can be entered integrated into the buyer’s Account Payable (AP) system without requiring any data input from the buyer’s AP administrator.
There are number of formats to be employed, it is useful to Apply below guidelines:
An E-Invoice:
1) Structured invoice data issued in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or XML formats.
2) Structured invoice data issued using standard Internet-based web forms.
Not a true E-Invoice:
1) Paper invoices sent via fax machines.
2) Scanned paper invoices.
3) Unstructured invoice data issued in PDF or Word formats.
Although significant cost and time savings can be achieved by removing paper and manual processing from your invoicing, the real benefits of E-Invoicing come with the level of security that comes with E-invoicing. Integration between your trading partners and your invoicing software and other business systems are optional. National Transaction can offer a customized Electronic Invoice Structure .

Keeping track of invoices and shipping data and making the information easily accessible, traditionally has not been so easy, even though PayPal has made it simpler for businesses to buy and sell goods and services online.
To address the issue, Microsoft has created a PayPal invoicingtemplate, which ExcelTemplates.net also has begun offering for free as part of its new line of templates and spreadsheets. With the new template, companies of any size may keep an exact digital record of their business transactions.
The PayPal invoice template from Microsoft is the all-in-one solution for companies looking for ways to streamline their invoicing process. The PayPal invoice template comes ready to use immediately after downloading. You can type, print or ship with just a few clicks and get back to business in no time.
When using the template, businesses type in the item name, a description of the item, item quantity, unit price, total amount and tax. The PayPal template also serves as a time-saving calculator that will calculate tax, totals and shipping charges for order of any size.
Companies also can add any applicable discounts or sales tax rates to come up with a final total. They also can add any special terms and conditions for the transaction, any special notes for the recipient and add a special memo for the company if necessary that won’t seen by the recipient.
