Recurring Credit Card Payment Processing.
Repeat Credit Card Payments Your Way.
Some items, especially subscription and charity donations require ongoing payments. Recurring payments fills this need by entering the credit card data once and then repeating payments on a cycle predetermined. This can also be done using electronic check service as an ACH withdrawal on a cyclical basis. For fine tuned control, you can even bill based on date of the month, postpone payments for a number of days if you offer a free trial period.
By default, recurring payments can be scheduled for:
Daily
Weekly
Bi-Weekly
Semi-Monthly

You can also customize things like dates to charge on, when to begin and when to end the repeated payments. Recurring payments can be triggered through a terminal, via our virtual terminal web portal or be handled using custom programming languages and techniques.
Some advantages to recurring payments are security, simplicity, time savings and more. When you enter recurring payments our PCI DSS compliant payment gateway will securely store the credit card information relieving you of security liabilities. If you are manually charging credit cards each month you could see lower rates and automate your billing process completely.
Many businesses and charities thrive on repeat payments. Our recurring solutions allow you to tailor your cash flow to your business plan. Enter your customers payment information one time (or better yet they can do it for themselves) and from there all the data will be saved and repeatedly charge the card until the terms of service end. Should your customer prefer to pay using a checking account, our ACH option allows for that to be included as the types of payments you accept. This increases the payment options for your customers increasing your bottom line with less work and greater security.
Should your customer wish to update their payment information, you can do so without interrupting the current schedule of payments. You can also stop the recurring payments at any time you wish as well.
Tokenization is a way to encrypt and store a token that represents the credit card information. Tokens can then be stored on your server or our virtual terminal to be able to charge payments on demand. The tokens are secure and only work with your merchant account so there is no need to store credit card numbers on your web server or written on paper. With this type of security, once again, the liability shifts to the bank giving you and your customers piece of mind.
Our Auto Updater feature allows credit cards that expire during your recurring payments to be automatically updated cutting down on administrative costs. If a credit card number is re-issued our autoupdater will check with the issuing bank and update the information stored on our gateway. This done behind the scenes each time the card gets declined due to account inaccuracies. This feature compliments our recurring payments and tokenization products.
